• To contact you about your quote request and to schedule service
• To send SMS updates about your quote and appointments (only if you check the SMS consent box)
• To improve our services and internal records

SMS & Text Messaging

If you opt in to SMS on our quote form, we use your phone number to send transactional messages (quote confirmations, follow-ups, scheduling). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used only by YardSharks Landscaping and the messaging provider that delivers your texts.

Who we share with

We share your information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, our SMS delivery provider and website host) and only as needed to provide our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention

We retain quote and customer records for as long as needed to service your account and for our normal business, tax, and legal recordkeeping.
